NOTICE: The FELE fee changes originally planned for November 21, 2023 have been delayed until November 22, 2023.
At the October 18, 2023, Board meeting, the Florida State Board of Education approved a proposed change to Administrative Rule 6A-4.00821, which governs the Florida Educational Leadership Examination (FELE).
The FELE consists of three subtests, with Subtest 3: Systems Leadership being divided into two sections: a multiple-choice section and a written performance section.
The approved changes will:

| Two subtests/sections | $107.50 |
| Three subtests/sections | $161.25 |
| Four subtests/sections | $215.00 |
These changes will be effective for appointments scheduled on or after November 22, 2023.
Refunds will not be provided for testing completed before the effective date or for fees paid for appointments currently scheduled.
If you want to take advantage of this fee change and have an upcoming scheduled FELE appointment, you will need to cancel your current appointment for a refund of the current test fee, create a new registration, and then wait to schedule the new registration until November 22, 2023, or later.
