Requesting Additional Copies of Your Test Results

Examinee score reports issued on or after December 14, 2010, will be available online as PDF files (to view, print, and save) for 60 days after they are released. Additionally, your testing history, reported as pass/fail status, is available to you through your account. Log into your account now to view your testing history.

If you did not save or print out your score report during the 60-day availability period, or if you would like a copy of your scores from any test taken previously, you may also request duplicate score reports.

To request a duplicate, please use the duplicate score report request form, which is available to download as a PDF document by selecting "Print Documents and Forms." Fill it out and send it with the correct payment to the address indicated on the form. Enclose a personal check, money order, or cashier's check for $10.00 made payable to Evaluation Systems. Be sure your current address and telephone number appear on the check or money order.

If you do not have a copy of the request form, write to FTCE/FELE Customer Service, Evaluation Systems, Pearson, P.O. Box 660, Amherst, MA 01004-9018. Include your name, Social Security number, mailing address, test name(s), test date(s), and correct payment.

Your official duplicate score reports will be available approximately 2 weeks after your request and payment are received by FTCE/FELE Customer Service.

For examinees who request duplicate score reports and who provide a valid e-mail address, an e-mail will be sent to notify them when the score report is available via their account. It is the examinee’s responsibility to ensure that the e-mail address on file is current in order to receive score report notifications.

To update your personal information, including your e-mail address, log into your account or call FTCE/FELE Customer Service at (866) 613-3281 (toll free) or (413) 256-2893.

If you do not receive the duplicate score report you ordered, or if it is incomplete or has an error, report this promptly to FTCE/FELE Customer Service at (866) 613-3281 (toll free) or (413) 256-2893. It will be made available as soon as possible, or if it is determined that it needs to be corrected, you will be provided with a new score report. If you delay notification beyond 60 calendar days after the score report is made available, or if the error on the report is due to incorrect information sent by you, you may be required to pay another $10 for the corrected score report.

When you register to test, you have the opportunity to request that copies of your score report be sent directly to the school districts and/or colleges of your choice. This service is provided free of charge during the registration process. If you subsequently wish to provide a score report to a district or college that you did not indicate during registration, it is your responsibility to provide the score report.
