Important Information About Rescheduling or Canceling a Test
- Requests to change or cancel a test appointment must be submitted more than 24 hours before the scheduled test appointment.
- Certain changes (such as selecting a different test) require that you first cancel your existing testing appointment. If you cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. You will then need to reregister.
- If you experience technical difficulties while attempting to reschedule or cancel your appointment, call FTCE/FELE Customer Service at (866) 613-3281 (toll free) or (413) 256-2893, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. eastern time, Monday–Friday, for assistance.
- If you want to process your change online but have forgotten your log-in information, select "Confirm or Modify Registration" and follow the links to retrieve your username and/or password.
