Your pass/fail status is posted online, to your account, on the same date that the scores are released. The online pass/fail status is not an official score report; you will receive an official score report in the mail.
If you know your username and password, you may log into your account and access your pass/fail status. If you do not know your username and/or password, you may access your pass/fail status here.
Periodically, tests must be redeveloped or revised. When the new test forms are administered, the data from these administrations must be reviewed extensively before scores are reported to examinees. This process has the following effects on score reporting:
There are currently no tests experiencing score report delays.
Official score reports will be mailed on the score report release date according to the schedule above. You will receive two identical official score reports.
If you do not receive your score report, or the score report you receive contains incomplete or erroneous information, contact FTCE/FELE Customer Service at (413) 256-2893 within 60 calendar days after the mailing dates listed above. A replacement or a new, corrected score report will be mailed to you at no charge. If you fail to notify FTCE/FELE Customer Service within the 60-day period, you will be required to pay $10 for a new score report.
A copy of your score report will be sent directly to the school district, college, or university you indicated when you registered.
Your passing scores will be submitted electronically to the Bureau of Educator Certification automatically; however, for any tests taken before July 1, 2002, you will need to provide an official score report to the Bureau if you have not already provided one.
