Score Reporting
Official score reports will be posted to examinee accounts (as PDF files) at approximately 10:00 p.m. eastern time on the score report release date according to the schedule below. Your official score report will be available in your account for 60 days to view, print, and save for your records. It is highly recommended that you download and save your score report to a personal folder and print out at least two copies for your files.
- Log in to your account to access your scores.
If you are unable to print out a copy of the score report or if you have technical difficulties retrieving your score report, please call FTCE/FELE Customer Service at (866) 613-3281 (toll free) or (413) 256-2893 within 60 calendar days of the score report date. Your score report information cannot be released in person or by telephone or fax.
Score Report Notification
On the score report release date, if you provided a valid e-mail address at the time of registration, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your score report is available in your account. It is the examinee’s responsibility to ensure that the e-mail address on file is current in order to receive score report notifications.
To update your personal information, including your e-mail address, log into your account or call FTCE/FELE Customer Service at (866) 613-3281 (toll free) or (413) 256-2893.
Score Report Dates
FTCE and FELE test scores are released on Tuesdays after 10:00 p.m. eastern time according to the following schedule:

* For tests being redeveloped or revised, score reporting will be delayed, and unofficial results will NOT be available at the test site. See "Score Report Delays" below for more information.
Score Report Delays
Periodically, tests must be redeveloped or revised. When the new test forms are administered, the data from these administrations must be reviewed extensively before scores are reported to examinees. This process may have the following effects on score reporting:
- Approximately one week will be added to the score report release timeline indicated above.
- Unofficial score results will NOT be provided at the test site. Examinees will receive a "Receipt of Completion."

Important Score Reporting Information
If you do not receive your score report, or the score report you receive contains incomplete or erroneous information, contact FTCE/FELE Customer Service at (866) 613-3281 (toll free) or (413) 256-2893 within 60 calendar days after the reporting dates listed above. A replacement or a new, corrected score report will be provided to you at no charge. If you fail to notify FTCE/FELE Customer Service within the 60-day period, you will be required to pay $10 for a new score report.
Also, a copy of your score report will be sent directly to the school district, college, or university you indicated when you registered.
In addition, your passing scores will be submitted electronically to the Bureau of Educator Certification automatically; however, for any tests taken before July 1, 2002, you will need to provide an official score report to the Bureau if you have not already provided one.
