Confirm or Modify Registration

Computer-Based Testing

To confirm or modify your registration for computer-based testing, log in to your account and follow the instructions provided.

Paper-Based Testing

Confirming your registration. If you registered online, log in to your account to confirm your FTCE or FELE registration. If you registered by mail, you will be sent either an admission ticket or an acknowledgment card confirming your registration within two weeks after your registration application is received. If you do not receive an acknowledgment or admission ticket within three weeks of submitting your registration application, contact the FTCE/FELE program office at (413) 256-2893.

Changing or canceling your registration. If you registered online, you may request changes to your registration online by logging in to your account and following the instructions provided.

You may request changes to your registration by U.S. mail regardless of your registration method. See "Changing or Canceling Your Registration by Mail" for deadlines and payment information.
