  Customer Service Center

The Florida Department of Education is proud to provide a world-class customer service center for our examinees. The center is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays. To speak to a customer service representative, call (413) 256-2893 and press option 9. Customer service is our top priority!

Customer service representatives can answer all your teacher certification assessment questions about registration, score reports, and testing locations. This is a large center with many customer service representatives and your telephone hold time should not exceed 3 minutes on average. A variety of technical support staff are available so your problems can be escalated to the appropriate level of expertise. Please note that customer service representatives cannot answer teacher certification questions. For answers to teacher certification questions, please call the Florida Bureau of Educator Certification at (800) 445-6739.

If you are not satisfied with the technical support you receive, please ask to speak to a customer support supervisor. Also, please complete a customer service survey by going to the Department of Education’s Web site at www.fldoe.org/asp/ftce and following the “online survey” link. Your responses to this survey are important and used to modify the program.
