Score Reporting

Due to normal development activities, score reports may be delayed. Please see "Score Report Delays" for a listing of tests and test dates affected.

Please Note: Unofficial score reports will NOT be provided for computer-based tests experiencing score delays. Examinees will receive a "Receipt of Completion" documenting their completion of the test at the conclusion of the test session.

Release of Test Scores

Unofficial score results for the multiple-choice questions are provided to you at the conclusion of each test. If you took a test with a performance component, you will receive proof of testing that documents your completion of the test. These results are not official.

An official score report will be mailed according to the schedule in "Release of Your Test Scores." For information about how to read your official score report, read the FTCE/FELE Score Interpretation Guide (PDF document). This document will also be sent to you with each official score report that you receive.

Online Pass/Fail Status
You may view your pass/fail status online by 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the score report dates listed in "Release of Your Test Scores." The online pass/fail status is not an official score report; you will receive an official score report in the mail.

Duplicate Score Reports

You may request additional copies of your score report by completing and sending to FTCE/FELE Customer Service a Duplicate Score Report Order Form (PDF document). See "Requesting Additional Copies of Your Test Results" for complete information.

Score Verification Session

If you fail one or more tests or subtests, you may request an appointment for a score verification session. See "Requesting a Score Verification Session" for complete information.
