Can the voucher code still be used for all FTCE examinations?

No, the voucher limit has been reached, and can no longer be used to waive exam fees.

If I previously used a free exam code to register and schedule a test for a future date, is there any change to my registration or exam appointment?

There is no impact to existing test registrations and exam appointments.

The Florida Department of Education previously communicated that the voucher opportunity would have a planned availability of 120 days. Why is this voucher opportunity no longer available?

The Florida Department of Education indicated previously that it would reevaluate the dates for the voucher opportunity as it further assessed the current situation and that it may adjust the voucher availability to accommodate any needed timeline changes. At this time, the voucher limit has been reached, with over 100,000 FTCE registrations made available to candidates, free of charge. The State thanks candidates for their interest and for taking advantage of this opportunity in support of the education profession.

I registered and scheduled an examination appointment prior to the April 1, 2020, implementation of the FTCE examination fee waiver. Am I eligible for a refund?

If you registered and scheduled to test on or after March 17, 2020, but prior to the availability of the voucher beginning on April 1, 2020, a refund was automatically processed to the credit or debit card used for your original payment. You are not eligible for a refund if you registered and scheduled an examination appointment that occurred prior to March 17, 2020.

Does the fee waiver apply to score verification sessions for unpassed FTCE examinations?

No, the fee waiver does not apply to the score verification service.
