Print WindowIf you register for either the current or new test and subsequently wish to take the other version of the test, you must withdraw and re-register. The current FTCE/FELE reschedule/cancellation policy applies to both tests.
If you need to retake the General Knowledge test (GK), you must adhere to the 31-day rule if you retake the same version of the test; however, you will not be required to wait 31 calendar days between taking the current test and the new test. For example, you could conceivably take the current GK on the last day of its administration, April 30, 2014, and the new GK on the first day of its administration, May 1, 2014.
If you have not passed the current GK in its entirety by April 30, 2014, you will be required to retake only the subtests that you did not pass.
