Florida-based Pearson VUE-owned test centers have reopened.
Many of our college and university partner sites remain closed and are working closely with their institution leadership to determine when they will reopen. Test centers that are open will appear when searching for appointments during the scheduling process.
In support of your health and safety and the health and safety of our employees, we will follow recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization for preventing the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, we ask that candidates comply with the health and safety guidelines outlined on Pearson's COVID-19 webpage . We strongly encourage candidates to review these guidelines before their test appointment for the most up-to-date information.
Please note that only test centers that are open at the time that you attempt to schedule your appointment will appear in the seat availability tool and during the scheduling process.
In order to reschedule your registration, you must select a new appointment date/time and confirm the reschedule process. If you cancel your registration, you will be required to submit a new registration and applicable payment to test on a future test date.
When searching for an appointment to take your test, we offer the following suggestions:
Do not report to the test center. If you miss your appointment due to illness, please review the Absentee/No Show policy, which includes information about requesting a transfer of your test registration.
Please check the Refund policy for more information.
