Last Updated: Friday July 31, 2020

The current forecast indicates a high probability that Hurricane Isaias will impact the state of Florida and the Southeast United States. Test centers in the projected path of this storm may need to close for the safety of staff and examinees.

If you are currently scheduled to test on a date that may be impacted by this storm or have been advised to evacuate or begin storm preparations, we strongly recommend rescheduling your test.

Test appointments must be rescheduled online at least 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule your test appointment by logging into your account and following the steps listed in Review or Reschedule.

In the event the testing center at which you are registered closes, you will be notified via phone or email as noted in the Test Cancellation Policy Link opens pop-up window. This policy also states:

If you miss an appointment that has not been officially canceled due to a test site closing, you will be considered absent and will not receive a refund or transfer of fees, except as noted in Absentee/No Show Policy Link opens pop-up window.
